Bamboo flooring

Bamboo flooring is made up of glued bamboo planks which is processed with hih pressure and high temperature. The prodcts is innocuous, stong impact resistant, strong moisture resistant, hard to be transmutative, hard to craze and strong mothproof. There is wear resistant paint on its surface, which make it fireproof, abrastion resistant. Its life time can last over 20 years. It is of slap-up decorative materials for living room, bedroom, hotel, office, boardroom, reception room, showroom, gymnasium, sanctum, pub, etc. It is not suitable for the 1sth floor or basement which doesn’t have good way to resist moisture, places which are touched by water, large indoor pulic, pub channel, etc.

The product is dividened into 2 types: horizontal pressed type and vertical pressed type in terms of its surface structure. Horizontal type means the planks to make the product are pressed on horizontal direction. Vertical type means the planks to make the product are pressed on vertical direction. And it also can be dividened into 2 types: natural type and carbonized type in terms of the process method. The natural type remains its natural color, while the carbonized type is treated with high temperature and high pressure carbonized process and the carbonized process make its color deeper and coherent.

The reqirement for the raw material for it is very strict. Only middling and choice bamoo planks are suitable for the maerial of the product.

The normal sizes of the product are 960mm*96*15mm, 1800mm*91mm*12mm, 915mm*91mm*12mm. The sizes can be decided by you within some dimension range: (length: 48-226cm; width: 6-15cm; thickness: 12-30mm)
