Thanks,

There are too many ideas in a small footprint. Try to simplify the roof forms, it looked like you put three buildings and smashed it into a small lot. They do not have any connection with one another nor do they add to the overall look either. When designing a small area, try to avoid the Chinese Buffet Syndrome, remember, less is more.

THE BUILDIG IS VERY ATTRACTIVE AS IS, IF YOU ELIMINATE THE ROOF OVERHUNGS -EVES- IT WILL LOOK SLICKER, TALLER AND VERY MODERN

I find it to be very awkward...and was left wondering if this was a sales job for another rendering program...I mean, it "looks" good as an object...like a work of art, sculpture that has no meaning except to the designer. There si little connection between any of the elements, there's a lack of scale and proportion and the language is quite garbled by that notion. Reminds me of deconstructionism but without the deconstruction. It's just all wrong for me...needs to find balance, and I don't mean symmetry or simplification...I mean order and scale.

Look at LeCorbusier's Maison Curutchet for an example.

Can you re-phrase your question?

Ritesh,
If your requirement is still valid, I'd like to take a go at it.
