We are struggling with a quiz and can not identify the building from the attached picture.

Curiosity got the better of me and I tried as well...didn't find anything. I noticed the sign "66" and the ship beyond so it made me think Pier 66.

Looks like an eastern european building, perhaps polish built sometime during the sixties. I like the curves and the split. Possibly Czech. I,m sure I've seen it somewhere before, nope, sorry can't help you there. Question
