If you need any assistance with the architectural drafting or visualizatione end of the project, I'd like the chance to work with you. I have over 8 years of experience in the architectural drafting industry, and an equal amount in the visualization end of the industry.

Please visit my webpage at www.renderblade.com for examples of my work. Keep in mind that there is a bit more 3D work than architectural drafting, but all of the projects that are rendered have been drafted by me and checked by a certified structural engineer and architect.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

I would be happy to work with you on your senior center project. I am a registered in several midwest states. I would do a preliminary design for a $1,500 fee. I would require a $500 downpayment. If you are happy with the design I would look into aquiring my license in Mass. to complete the contract documents for bidding and aquiring a building permit. At the time the design is accepted I would write an offficial proposal for you to sign for completetion of the work. You could also elect to use a local architect for the contract documents phase. Contact me if you are interested. If you are interest I will furish you background and reference information.

I am a Manufacturer's Rep in New England that handles contract furniture for senior's and special equipment. Seniors have special needs in furniture, it must be made a little higher and firmer for them to easily get in and out, be moisture proof and easy to maintain. The wood finishes have to be washable with cleaning solutions, and the products built tough.
Contract Furniture is a term that means the furniture is factory made to order, to your specs on fabrics and finishes. It would be my pleasure to discuss your needs and offer some suggestion on your senior center.javascript:emoticon('Smile')

If you are still looking for an Architect please visit my web site at lkarchplan.com. I have specialized in construction and projects relevent to yours for over 20 years and was the architect on New York Citys first public school for the severly disabled. As such it required extensive use and knowledge of all aspects of building accessibility (ADA) and in fact set some ground breaking design. I have a small practice in western North Carolina but am certified to practice throughout most of the US. (NCARB). You will find my fees to be economical and competitive and I will certainly strive to work with your situations.
