Can anyone identify this building? Picture taken circa 1969 in Switzerland or possibly Munich.

well I think that this is a palace, mmm and what i can say that this might be built during the gothic era.. anyways i will ask a friend of mine who lives in munich

Thank you! VERY much. This has been driving me and my wife nuts. We stopped there to take this picture on our way from Ottenbach Switzerland back home to Neu Isenburg Germany where we lived in the 60s.
The pup is a 5 month old from Edouard Roedel's Hundezwinger von Sauliamt.
