Not sure about from ProE, but I have taken several parts and assemblies out of SolidWorks and into AutoCAD, vice versa, and Microstation as well using an ACIS, (.sat) file. I haven't even seen ProE since 1999, so I have no idea if an export of this filetype is possible. An .sat import to 3DS I'm 99% sure is possible.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help. |

I use Cinema 4D to render my Pro/E parts and assys. It will take native pro/e files directly into it. No import or exporting!

I've used IGES to go into Rhinoceros in the past from Pro-E _________________ The most necessary/useful piece of learning is that which unlearns what is untrue: 'evil'
