I am wondering if any one know how much it would cost to build in Peru a hotel. 3-4 start.. 200 rooms with a large gardens.. I have this idea for years to design a hotel in Peru but for the sole purpose of using its profits to fund an orphanage. Self-financing. Also maybe to attract sponsors or hotel gests to do work shops with the kids that would be next door. The orphanage would be very big. I have thought threw this idea lots and come up with designs and sketches. Just need more info and support in stating up.. I was studying for 3 years architecture and understand the designs but fully what it takes to make a charming large hotel that has many ideas in it presented. Showing in the gardens a part of the Amazon forest and wildlife. This garden with rivers and animals rope bridges and many lovely places to sit out and have breakfast out doors will be the main attraction. The colonel style hotel will look out at it with its many balconies.

The orphanage will be situated next door but accusable from the gardens and able to be visited by guests when the kids have shows on and so on.

Set out with a budget first then try to meet it. No reliable architect or contractor will tell you how much this phantom hotel will cost. It may cost $100,000 or $1 billion, if you decide to have all the ceilings inlaid with gold leaf. Plus if I'm not mistaken, Peru is a large country, the cost of living in Lima is probably quite a bit higher than in Trujillo.
