Both of them can meet your needs for a hard floor. Both of them have various kinds of styles and prices. So I think you can find something you like in either of them. However, there are some other things which you need think about.
1. Both of them are very durable and easy to clean. But ceramic tile floor will have grout lines that you may occcassionally need seal. The lines are places for dust and dirt to collect. Laminate flooring except for V groove, hand scraped surafce and mould pressed surface doesn’t have a seam so it’s just one smooth surface.
2. Ceramic tile floors are inherently harder and will feel colder. This kind of product is suitable for kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool and outdoor entrance. Surely tile floor can be used in your hall, bedroom, etc. But laminate offers a a softer feel.
3.The installation cost of laminate is much cheaper than that of tile because it is very easy to install.Just underlayment and some accessories are necessary.
Both of them have some unique inherent characteristics. Somer customers make a descision between them in terms of these characterices. You can check it by some samples or visiting relevant stores. The market share for our products becomes larger and larger now.
