I don't think Juan Lazaro Palaez is on any Yahoo search engine yet.
I couldn't find any information on this Hispanic Concert Piano player, age 11 or 12 or so, who I just saw on satelite TV, whipping out complex concertos, one after the other, out of sheer memory.
Each hand was flying through intricate, simultaneous, synchronized arrangements, somehow in a wonderful flow of music I can only describe as "Beethovenesque". I tried counting the number of notes he struck in a thirty second period, and it had to be in the hundreds, much faster than the fastest I have ever seen.
Another youthful prodigy is upon us!
On this bleak thanksgiving, with so much trouble all around us, here a child is oblivious to the mess we world parents have given him, and he crushed the spell-bound audience.
And nobody knows who he is!
Thanksgiving for all of you, and all the youth of the world who can make things better.
Juan Lazaro Palaez!!! World class hero of musical peace. _________________ Ed Ziomek |
