Exterior/urban lighting guides?

Hello light designers!
I am an architect working as editor in building information/publishing company. I am starting project that aim to create a guide for urban exterior lighting designs. I do have a (few) promising author(s) for this but need to familiarize with the subject myself too.

Can you recommend good books or www-resources on the subject?
