Sr. Licensed Architect/Project Manager - UAE/Abu Dhabi

We are excited to announce a senior-level employment opportunity for a position on the international market team.

We are looking for a Senior-level Project Manager with strong experience in large-scale international work, who brings enthusiasm and expertise; open to relocation to Abu Dhabi for a minimum six months; willingness to travel throughout the UAE and other areas in the region, as well as domestically. Architectural license is also required

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional, comfortable with handling tough and demanding clients; making decisions on professional design issues and methods, as well as executing overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters. This position will also oversee large teams, and plan, direct, and supervise aspects of reports for design or construction projects. A strong commitment to collaboration and responsibility is also a must.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years’ professional experience as a Project Manager; with 10+ years’ international experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required with exposure to REVIT; BIM; and other management software knowledge desirable
• Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of graphic programs such as Photoshop a plus
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Demonstrated use of advanced professional techniques, concepts, procedures and judgment on client assignments
• Professional registration required
