We are currently looking for an Sr. Architect with Federal building experience.

Job Requirements:
• Degrees in Architecture and Planning/Urban Design
• AIA/License preferred
• LEED AP preferred
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Required Experience:
• 8-10 years experience after completion of degree
• Master Planning of Research Campus or Urban Area Development
• Development of Design Guidelines
• Interaction with Community and Local Planning Bodies
• Developing Program of Requirements
• Feasibility Analysis
• CAD and GIS capabilities

Desired Experience:
• Government Projects
• Presentations to clients and planning commission/authority
