Hi.

my name is Phillip Trotter. I am the director of Product Management at Esperient - we develop a real time interactive 3D authoring software called Esperient Creator which is used for interactive 3D product and architectural design presentations.

I'm not looking to spam the forums here - but I just want to let everyone know that we recently launched a free version of our product - Esperient Creator Community Edition that may be of interest and the latest version of our software is now in public beta.

The following screen shot is an example real time interactive application developed in Esperient Creator, where furniture, wall and floor finishings can be dynamically changed.




If you are interested in learning real time 3D design or how interactive media development can help express design values and concepts - the community edition gives everyone in the ArchitectureWeek Design Community a no cost method of doing so.

If you download the community edition - and send us your email -there is a free getting started guide which covers the basics of real time interactive 3D that we will send you..

In the coming weeks I hope to be posting information on using real time interactive 3D techniques to the ArchictectureWeek DesignCommunity and if you have any questions on using real time applications (not just ours) with your projects I'd be happy to try and answer any questions in this thread.
