Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this is exactly why we are having discussions on what should and should not be included in the future of our built environment. You might have better luck selling these plans in the Walmart online catalog.

Don't take my comment as a complete negative CD. I believe the commodification of architecture is inevitable as evident of the many others who have tried to sell their wares in here.... New methods of non standard production or mass customization point towards marketing the individual. Imagine potential home owners scanning through a catalogue of home styles (yours could be in the Wal-mart home style catalogue for instance), others might be associated with a celebrity designer type catalogue. With the push of a button, the style is chosen and the parametrically defined construction documents are then retrofitted immediately to accommodate the site. The designer will become an integral part of the non-standard production process.

The market for potential buyers currently shop at open homes or thumb through catalogues of blueprints. Parametric architectural software has been available...and the branding of the architect is happening right before our very eyes...and most likely coming to a neighborhood nearest you Shocked
