Form-Z (basic version) 3.6.5 with USB dongle for Macintosh. I will provide a letter stating tranferrence of ownership to you and Autodessys. Upon transferring license, you may change the dongle to a PC version. I will also ship a full set of manuals with the dongle, software CD, and license installation codes.
Cost to upgrade this license to latest version of Form-Z (v.5) is $595, including a new dongle. Cost of a new license of same software is $1495. That makes the value of this software $900. I will sell for $500, including shipping. This saves you $400 off buying a new Form-Z license.
