After substantial discussion, led off eloquently by David Kelly with clear support from Councillors Taylor and Miesner among others, at their work session tonight the Eugene City Council voted 6 to 2 (Pape and Farr against) in favor of this motion:Direct staff to proceed with interim setbacks as outlined in the
scope of work of June 21. Approve a request for up to $85,000
that will be processed as part of supplemental budget #1.Hooray! Thank you City council! Protection for our crucial local waterways, the lifesblood of green Eugene!
