Dear SEN Board,

Following are the transcribed notes from our goal setting brain storming session at the June 2000 board meeting.

I think it would be good to make some more progress with these tonight. If you have a chance to read through them again, perhaps think about which of these goals you are personally excited to work on, which are particularly important to you, and why, and any you have objections to, and why.

I don't think we need to resolve the whole goals picture at once. And I think this list even in its raw form points towards a few good areas of focus. Our goal for tonight can mainly be to start editing and prioritizing for the long, and maybe to outline a specific actions for the short term.

Overall, I personally think the initial list we came up with is excellent, and I'm looking forward to working together on this stuff.

Best wishes,

Kevin
