The City Planning Dept.'s preliminary analysis of the Walnut Hill
Subdivision reports that many criteria of approval have been met, but others
have not - briefly:Section 9,035(4)(a) - will comply with all applicable platting standards
Section 9,035(4)(c) - will be consistent with applicable adopted plans
(Metro General Plan, South Hills Study)Section 9,035(4)(d) - will not cause unreasonable street congestion or
hamper provision of transportation and other public services.Developer has 180 days from application date to submit additional info
(March 30, 2001). This will require a new public notice and opportunity to
