Dear Neil,

Following up on our conversation Monday afternoon, here are some references for existing maps of pileated woodpecker habitat, by source.

1) Issued by LCOG and their professional consultants:

Metropolitan Plan Vegetation Types Map (1978), as formally annotated by "Vegetation and Wildlife Habitat Species by Habitat Type", LOCG, April 1990. Map drawing issued as part of the "Metropolitan Plan Assest and Constraints Working Paper", LCOG, 1978.
