The Southeast Neighbors Newsletter is the official newsletter of the Southeast Neighbors Neighborhood Association in Eugene, Oregon. Our newsletter is funded by the Eugene Human Rights and Neighborhood Involvement office. Newsletters are produced by neighborhood volunteers and are free to residents and businesses of the neighborhood.
