SEN TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE HOLDS SPRING SIDEWALK CLEAN UP EVENT!

Sidewalk safety is an important item within our neighborhood. The SEN Transportation Committee will host its annual Spring Sidewalk Clean Up Event on Saturday May 10. Residents who need help clearing vegetation from your sidewalks are eligible to apply. (But please tell us why you are unable to do the work yourself.) You may volunteer your property (not your neighbor’s, unfortunately), and committee members will attempt to provide tools and labor and a pickup truck to haul away vegetation for you. Driveways and grass between sidewalks and road are usually not included. You can send an email to the SEN email address at soeast.eug@gmail.com by April 30 if you want to apply. We will have a reminder in the SEN electronic email that goes out in early April.
